Day 9

December 9, 2018

They did the Mash!!!

I love the hood and thumb cuffs style of the Berlin Tee so much, but sometimes I also want a raglan style hoodie.

Through my pattern buying I found an amazing color-blocking raglan from Koerbs Bros, called the “Rugged Raglan”. The best part about it is that the panels of the hood work PERFECTLY with the panels of the raglan.

Now, making this happen is as simple as following the pattern directions.

First, purchase you Berlin Tee (if you haven’t already). You can grab the Berlin at https://www.tobykpatterns.com/sho…/berlin-tee-menteen-sizes/

Then head over to Koerbs Bros and grab the Rugged Raglan. You can get it at https://www.etsy.com/…/mens-rugged-raglan-a-fan-favorite-wi…

Print out Rugged Raglan and the hood and cuffs for the Berlin Tee.

Now, follow the instructions for the Rugged Raglan, but leave off the neckband and cuffs.

Next, cut and sew your hood and cuffs and attach them to the completed raglan as you would the Berlin Tee.

The best part of this mash is all of the built in blocking options from the hood and accents.

Have fun with it! It is one of my favorite mashups and is the reason Toby K. is part of every shirt I own. 🤔♥️♥️♥️
